Longest Drive & Nearest The Pin Results For April!

We have our winners for the longest drive and nearest the pin contests for April. Christian Whimshurst managed get one out there at a very impressive 334 yards, beating Scott by 3 yards (much to Scott's disappointment). With some guidance from Kevin he's got a better driver in his hands that was more suitable and he was able to gain 10-15 yards on his drives.

Our nearest the pin winner was John Melhuish who hit his approach to 2ft 3" from 120 yards.

Congratulations to both, who each wins a dozen balls of their choice.

May's competition is already heating up, Gareth Guest currently holds the longest drive at 312 yards and Josh Sutherland has already put one to 2ft 1" on the nearest the pin this month from 100 yards. A tighter fairway has been introduced this month to ensure accuracy is also a factor to play for.
